About the role#
We are looking for a Network Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. This is a paid position that offers part-time hours during the fall and spring semesters, with the possibility of moving to full-time work during the summer. You will work Monday through Friday and gain hands-on experience by supporting our network operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the support of Local Area and Wide Area computer networks.
- Perform data cabling tasks.
- Maintain and update network documentation.
- Contribute to hardware-related projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in a computer-related field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Current student status at the time of the internship.
- A basic understanding of network design and computer skills.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to team success.
