About the role#
The Synergy Integration Product team is looking for an intern to support Business and Product Management throughout the product release lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally to coordinate product launches, maintain documentation, track milestones, and help deliver new products and enhancements. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Create and manage Change Requests and Change Notifications in Windchill.
- Gather, organize, and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the Service team to develop service plans and procedures.
- Write and maintain internal business instructions and work processes.
- Create training materials and educational resources for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing product playbooks, sales materials, and marketing collateral.
- Support the product team through testing, troubleshooting, and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Standing as a college sophomore or above, or a recent graduate within six months of your graduation date.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with project management tools is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site at our facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
- The internship term runs from January 2027 through April 2027.
- Candidates should be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
