About the role#
Arconic is looking for a ServiceNow Developer Intern to join our IT team in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will contribute to real-world IT projects and help solve business problems. You will work alongside our global IT team to learn development standards and share best practices.
What you'll do#
- Gather and document business needs and processes by working directly with business groups.
- Develop enterprise business automation solutions using assigned project toolsets.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Perform application testing for configurations, migrations, and customizations.
- Work with process owners to translate requirements into ServiceNow service requests.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Integration Hub components.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS/IT, or a similar field.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring/Summer 2028, or Spring/Summer 2029.
- Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
