About the role#
Arconic is looking for a ServiceNow Developer Intern to join our IT team in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, paid internship role where you will support the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. You will work alongside global IT teams to solve real business problems and contribute to our internal development standards.
What you'll do#
- Gather and document business needs and processes with various business groups.
- Develop enterprise business automation solutions using assigned project toolsets.
- Perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations.
- Support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Work with process owners to translate business requirements into ServiceNow service requests.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Integration Hub components.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS/IT, or a similar field.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring/Summer 2028, or Spring/Summer 2029.
- A current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
