About the role#
This position supports the Campus Dietitian with daily health and wellness operations. You will help with outreach efforts and campus-wide initiatives related to nutrition.
What you'll do#
- Execute events and lead educational outreach programs.
- Audit dining locations to ensure they meet food safety, allergen safety, and National Menu Labeling requirements.
- Process data to track health and wellness performance indicators.
- Perform data entry for recipe analysis.
- Set up information tables across campus.
- Create nutrition education materials, including infographics, brochures, and social media content.
- Assist the Registered Dietitian with daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore standing or higher.
- Preference for students majoring in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work between 8 and 15 hours per week.
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow university policies and maintain a consistent schedule.
