About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role is on-site and follows a rolling term schedule. We welcome students pursuing degrees in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Clean and maintain assigned areas to meet company and client standards.
- Follow established procedures to keep a safe working environment.
- Keep your workspace clean and orderly.
- Report maintenance issues by submitting work order requests.
- Manage the storage and disposal of trash.
- Secure the facility by locking or unlocking buildings as needed.
What you'll need#
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 lbs.
- Comfort with physical tasks like bending, extended walking, and standing.
- Ability to follow safety procedures regarding hazardous chemicals and physical risks.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
