About the role#
Aramark is hiring a Student Worker for food service and catering roles at Morehead State University. This is a paid, on-site position for the Summer 2026 term. We welcome students from majors including Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, and Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items using standardized recipes.
- Store food according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Set up workstations, including prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide helpful customer service.
- Replenish food items and keep service areas stocked.
- Clean and sanitize workstations after use.
- Adhere to company safety policies and protect company assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to obtain or hold a food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or use personal protective equipment as required.
