About the role#
The Student Nutrition Manager position is part of the Management Accelerator Program. This program focuses on operations, people management, and professional development. You will lead dining operations and work to meet client expectations in a school setting. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Lead the front of the house for the dining operation.
- Use a coaching model to engage and develop your team members.
- Ensure your team meets performance objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain and complete P&L statements to meet financial targets.
- Oversee operations to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Plan and lead daily team briefings.
What you'll need#
- Graduation between December 2025 and August 2026.
- A degree or background in business administration, nutrition, hospitality, culinary, food service, or facilities management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
