About the role#
We are looking for a student intern to join the Tulane Hospitality marketing team. This part-time role focuses on visual storytelling and brand support. You will work alongside our Customer Experience Manager to create content and manage marketing materials. This position is open to current Tulane students who are ready to contribute to our brand presence.
What you'll do#
- Design complex marketing and operations materials, including posters, signage, and digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts for various communication channels.
- Maintain the Tulane Hospitality brand voice and visual identity across all projects.
- Capture photos and videos to tell our story on social media platforms.
- Handle light office tasks and assist with customer experience projects.
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore standing or higher at Tulane University.
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit to 10-20 hours of work per week.
- Experience with design software like Canva, PhotoShop, Illustrator, or InDesign is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

- This role is based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The internship follows a rolling schedule.
