About the role#
The Student Intern in Finance supports food operations at the Aramark location. This is a part-time, on-site position for current students. You will help manage daily activities, supervise team members, and ensure the quality and safety of food production.
What you'll do#
- Create and manage work schedules and production records.
- Oversee food production to meet safety, quality, and department standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor food service staff to encourage teamwork and efficiency.
- Track inventory on a weekly basis.
- Participate in regular food service meetings with the staff.
- Assist with catering events, which may include occasional nights or weekends.
- Fill in for absent employees and perform cashier duties when necessary.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student at the Aramark location to apply.
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform basic arithmetic.
- Completion of a sanitation course, either before or during your first year.
- Ability to maintain emotional control under pressure and resolve interpersonal situations.
