About the role#
This is a full-time, 6-month co-op program running from May through December 2027. You will work 40 hours per week and gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to projects that impact the business directly. The program concludes with a presentation of your work and experience to the senior leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real projects that the organization will implement.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across different departments.
- Participate in professional development and networking events.
- Present your project outcomes to the senior leadership team.
- Gain a broad understanding of the hospitality industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- Strong background in MS Excel and reporting.
- Experience with ad-hoc reporting, financial modeling, and analysis is preferred.
- Exposure to budgeting or forecasting is beneficial.
