About the role#
This role involves cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet client satisfaction standards. You will focus on keeping the facility orderly and safe while following established procedures for equipment and waste management.
What you'll do#
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company and client standards.
- Keep housekeeping equipment clean and in good working order.
- Transport trash to designated areas for storage and disposal.
- Report maintenance issues through work order requests.
- Secure the facility by locking or unlocking buildings as required.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 lbs.
- Capability to follow basic safety precautions involving physical risks and hazardous chemicals.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or use personal protective equipment when necessary.
