About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship designed for students interested in human resources and operational leadership. You will work directly with the Human Resources Manager and operational teams to support recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning. This program is part of the pipeline for the Management Accelerator Program.
What you'll do#
- Support recruitment by screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with hiring events.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding paperwork, status changes, and leave tracking.
- Help address employee questions and workplace concerns in collaboration with onsite management.
- Generate and analyze reports regarding staffing, hiring, and compliance.
- Assist with HR audits to ensure accurate record keeping and policy adherence.
- Provide on-site HR support during major events and operational periods.
- Work on special projects focused on process improvement and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, with a preference for rising juniors and seniors.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or Facilities Management.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through work experience, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
