About the role#
Android Industries is seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support and assist with compliance tasks. This position offers exposure to various HR functions within a motor vehicle manufacturing environment. You will work on-site to help the team maintain records, support staffing processes, and contribute to internal communications.
What you'll do#
- Perform data audits and clean up existing records.
- Collaborate with managers to develop job descriptions for standardized positions.
- Analyze HR data to support team projects.
- Assist with the staffing and hiring process using the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in the company communications team.
- Manage assigned tasks and track project status.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university.
- Completion of at least one year of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
