    About the role#

    This summer internship is based in the Process Development department within Operations. You will work on a lab-based project focused on areas such as Drug Substance or Attribute Sciences. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of molecules that eventually become therapeutic products for patients.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete a lab-based project under the guidance of a hiring manager.
    • Conduct and document laboratory experiments.
    • Analyze data and interpret results into business-influencing outcomes.
    • Communicate your experimental processes and findings to team members.
    • Participate in professional development training, mentoring, and networking events.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 or the equivalent.
    • You must be 18 years or older.
    • Authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Availability to commit to potential future full-time employment by July 2028, if an offer is extended.
