About the role#
This paid summer internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the US Consumer Services division. You will work on initiatives that support the delivery of benefits and services for card members across travel, dining, and retail portfolios. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, New York, for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist your team in managing projects across various business initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify and propose growth opportunities that improve business performance and operations.
- Build and track performance indicators to gain insights into customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external partners.
- Share best practices and provide consultancy to your team members.
- Manage end-to-end processes as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, Communications, Data Science, or Finance.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Ability to work independently and navigate organizational processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations to peers and leadership.
- Please note that employment eligibility to work in the United States is required, as visa sponsorship is not available for this program.
