About the role#
As an Associate Digital Product Management Intern, you will join a 10-week summer program within the Enterprise Technology Services organization. You will work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts to support the development of technology, digital, and data capabilities. This role provides exposure to product strategy, Agile execution, and AI-enabled delivery practices while you contribute to initiatives that shape customer and colleague experiences.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Managers and delivery teams by defining and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Document technical discussions regarding system design, roadmap tradeoffs, and implementation planning.
- Create and analyze team-level metrics to track delivery progress, execution quality, and potential risks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program in software engineering, business, MIS, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information, identify patterns, and provide clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with product strategy, customer journeys, feature prioritization, and requirements definition.
- Understanding of AI concepts, including prompt design, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
