About the role#
The Merchandising and Marketing Internship provides hands-on experience in the retail business. You will gain exposure to buying, home marketing, and product assortment strategies. This role supports day-to-day operations and digital marketing initiatives while helping you develop practical skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Support vendor relationships, purchase orders, product sourcing, and production tasks.
- Manage product samples for meetings and maintain organized files and databases.
- Create marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Assist with digital marketing execution and monitor campaign performance.
- Research market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Product Development, and Sales.
- Assist with administrative tasks and meeting coordination.
What you'll need#
- Current junior, senior, or recent graduate status in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Availability to work 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- A proactive approach and a desire to learn new skills.
- Passion for fashion, home furnishings, and retail.
