About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports our People Development team in Knoxville. This position provides hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle. You will learn how a team identifies, interviews, and selects candidates while gaining exposure to our onboarding programs.
What you'll do#
- Support sourcing, resume reviews, and pipeline building.
- Manage recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
- Conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate pre-employment logistics.
- Welcome new hires on their first day.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior, senior, or recent graduate.
- A degree path in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
