About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in New York. You will join the Compliance team for a six-week program running from June 2027 through August 2027. The role operates in a hybrid environment, allowing you to work alongside teammates while gaining experience in the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Compliance and Governance environment within the insurance sector.
- Participate in a structured curriculum combined with on-the-job training.
- Develop your professional skills and gain function-specific expertise.
- Network with senior leaders, technical experts, and customers.
- Complete a group project focused on an actual business challenge.
- Collaborate with your teammates and other early career program participants.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising university junior or senior.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A commitment to integrity.
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its business applications.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
