About the role#
The Project Coordinator Intern will support consultants and project managers within the Customer Communications Center of Excellence. You will assist with content rebranding, documentation improvements, template creation, and SharePoint optimization. This role helps improve the internal SharePoint site to better serve customer-facing teams. You will gain experience in project coordination, communications, and business process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to document and clarify project requirements.
- Support content rebranding and the creation of communication templates.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Implement requirements and enhancements within the SharePoint portal.
- Maintain project schedules and track deliverables to ensure tasks are completed.
- Analyze project activities and translate findings into recommendations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to team members.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience or exposure to SharePoint is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain business documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to July 30, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
