About the role#
The Business Transformation Office is creating a SharePoint Center of Excellence and needs an intern to support this initiative. You will design and maintain a SharePoint site to act as a central hub for customer migration programs. You will work with project managers and business analysts to organize information, improve visibility into migration roadmaps, and support reporting on program status. This role provides exposure to enterprise-level programs and Microsoft collaboration tools.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and maintain a SharePoint site for migration program management.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements for site functionality and reporting needs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Create dashboards, content pages, and reports to improve project visibility.
- Use SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve information access.
- Assist with project documentation, meeting summaries, and status reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy of project and customer information within the site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and lifecycles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Initiative, a willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
Location & details#
- Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to July 30, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship at $20/hour.
