About the role#
As a Product Management Intern, you will work with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts across our VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian markets. You will contribute to projects that support government agencies and the public. During this 10-week program, you will gather information, interview internal experts, and analyze data to better understand our products and the challenges our clients face. You will gain exposure to customer missions while helping enhance product offerings and experiences.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer data to identify insights.
- Document and standardize processes used to evaluate product performance and impact.
- Interview Subject Matter Experts and synthesize findings into documentation and recommendations.
- Support operational clarity and compliance by organizing product documentation and resources.
- Create accessible materials to communicate product value to government clients.
- Participate in go-to-market activities, including development of product collateral and presentations.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to support research, process improvement, and workflow automation.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project deliverables to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Bachelor’s degree candidate in business, risk management, information technology, marketing, math, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in Product Management, technology, customer experience, or innovation.

- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 - July 30).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: Paid at $20 per hour.
