About the role#
This internship with the NA Operations Continuous Improvement team offers hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting. You will work with the CI Digital team to gather business requirements, integrate data, and build reports that support decision-making across the company.
What you'll do#
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Retrieve, clean, and integrate data from various sources into usable datasets.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Document data models and BI solutions for future reference.
- Improve KPI reporting and visualizations, with a specific focus on safety metrics.
- Review department-level metrics to identify reporting gaps and execute plans to address them.
- Present your findings and insights to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and DAX.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
- An eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
