About the role#
Graco is looking for an EHS Data Analytics Intern to support our environmental, health, and safety operations. This full-time, on-site position provides an opportunity to work on projects that impact our business while developing your professional skills. You will collaborate with our team to manage data, maintain compliance records, and improve our internal systems.
What you'll do#
- Support EHS application testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, EHS metrics, and recurring reports.
- Compile and analyze environmental, safety, audit, and compliance data.
- Administer safety observation, near-miss, and incident data tracking programs.
- Maintain the EHS Hub website, SharePoint content, and other digital communication resources.
- Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support safety committee activities, meeting documentation, and action item follow-up.
- Participate in facility inspections, safety observations, and EHS improvement projects.
- Organize and maintain environmental compliance records for air, water, hazardous waste, and stormwater programs.
- Support emissions inventory data collection, regulatory reporting, and environmental inspections.
- Maintain and upgrade ISO 14001:2026 management system documents and audit evidence.
- Assist with document migrations, records organization, and retention activities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 4-year degree in engineering, environmental science, safety and occupational health, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Office365, Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Capability to maintain confidential information.
- An interest in manufacturing.
- Experience with project management.

- Location: Dayton, Minnesota (French Lake).

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
