About the role#
The Toro Company is seeking an undergraduate intern for the Integrated Supply Chain Sourcing Division. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. You will work within our team to support supply chain projects and decision-making tools.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain SQL and DAX queries to support analytics needs.
- Use SQL Server and Snowflake for data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Create and manage data visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and analyze data requirements.
- Prepare data-driven presentations and analytical solutions.
- Assist in developing decision-making tools for the Integrated Supply Chain.
- Participate in sourcing and supply chain projects.
- Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, and ETL processes.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
