About the role#
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Intern to support our Engineering team in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role focuses on global product compliance processes, certification tracking, and document management. You will gain exposure to how an engineering organization maintains compliance standards while working with cross-functional partners.
What you'll do#
- Support daily administrative tasks within the Regulatory Compliance function.
- Organize, maintain, and update compliance documentation and records.
- Help develop and improve a SharePoint site to provide team members with better access to compliance resources.
- Assist with a certification tracking project to improve or replace our current system.
- Gather information from internal stakeholders to support process improvements.
- Identify ways to improve the accuracy and accessibility of regulatory information.
- Communicate project updates to team members and partners.
- Provide general project support to the Engineering and Regulatory Compliance teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gather information, ask questions, and navigate unfamiliar processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, document management, or data tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
- Interest in product compliance, project coordination, or global business operations.
