About the role#
Alliance Laundry Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineering Co-Op for the 2027 calendar year. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Ripon, Wisconsin. We are looking for students available for terms in Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with our engineering team to improve plant performance and safety. Your daily work includes:
- Optimizing plant layouts and resolving production line issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and relocate machinery.
- Assisting with smaller-scale new equipment projects.
- Partnering with controls and finishing teams to establish and track data collection metrics.
- Supporting safety initiatives through process controls and documentation.
- Performing ongoing process improvement tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
