About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to learn through immersion within the Marketing Data and Analytics team. You will support analysis and reporting on digital customer experience and e-commerce platforms. The program concludes with a final presentation of your work to the Executive Leadership Team.
What you'll do#
- Compile and analyze data regarding web traffic, e-commerce performance, and product information.
- Develop reports using data visualization tools to present key metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends or flag data discrepancies.
- Prepare summaries of findings for internal stakeholders.
- Use analytics and customer feedback tools including Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and GA4.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
- Present findings and project outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Exposure to programming languages such as R, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Experience applying large language models to enhance insights is a plus.
