    About the role#

    This Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op position supports the Strategic Business Unit and Manufacturing Cell. You will apply your engineering coursework to real-world projects and contribute to team initiatives. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Rogers, Minnesota.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide production support for machining and assembly areas.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical assistance.
    • Evaluate the need for machine or assembly area upgrades.
    • Participate in capital equipment justification.
    • Analyze operational layouts and standards to suggest improvements.
    • Select and implement tooling and fixtures.
    • Engage in root cause analysis, corrective action, and cost of quality improvements.
    • Report man-hour estimates and adapt to changing priorities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on work.
    • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and 3D printers.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    • Location: Rogers, Minnesota.
    • Term: Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
