About the role#
Aliaxis is looking for an End User Technology (EUT) Analyst student for the Fall 2026 term. Based in our Verdun office, this role reports to the End User Technology Manager. You will support our team by focusing on training, communication, and digital transformation. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys finding new tools and methods to improve the user experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and ensure requests are met within required timelines.
- Create documentation for standards and technical solutions.
- Manage software licensing and compliance requirements.
- Build and deploy software packages for end users.
- Perform software and operating system patching for security updates.
- Communicate with users during major incidents and provide status updates.
- Generate statistical reports to help management track ticket handling and identify root causes.
- Cross-train team members to maintain support continuity.
- Organize webinars and create tutorials or blogs to train users on Microsoft tools.
- Follow IT standards for system installation and configuration.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a technical support program (AEC, DEC, or DEP).
- A customer service mindset.
- Network or Microsoft certifications are an asset.
- ITIL certification is an asset.
