About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our tax team in Montreal for the Fall 2026 term. This role offers exposure to corporate, sales, customs, Canadian, American, and international tax matters within a diverse environment.
What you'll do#
- Prepare Canadian and American tax returns.
- Reconcile tax accounts and research tax regulations.
- Prepare tax audit files and transfer pricing documentation.
- Conduct Nexus analysis and manage registrations in various US states.
- Validate Canadian and American customs entries.
- Participate in special projects, including acquisitions and reorganizations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, CPA, or an MBA.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
