About the role#
Aliaxis is seeking a Warehouse Worker for a full-time student position during the summer of 2026. This role is based on-site at our distribution center in Edmonton, Alberta, and is open to students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
What you'll do#
- Accurately pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight to meet warehouse goals.
- Receive and locate products using RF technology.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in accordance with 5S protocols.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and C-TPAT policies.
- Identify and report any unsafe work conditions or equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Assist with stock replenishment and miscellaneous administrative tasks for courier orders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a recognized educational institution.
- Ability to lift between 5 and 50 pounds on a repeated basis.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- A diligent, punctual, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment with changing temperatures.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
