About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our team in San Antonio. This full-time, on-site role is designed for individuals currently completing their master's degree who are ready to work toward their BCBA certification. We offer a structured path to certification with support for your supervision hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support client goals.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to the field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours, which is at least 1700 out of 2000 hours.
- Completion of all required restricted hours.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
