About the role#
As a Technical Sales Co-Op, you will gain practical experience by working on various projects that support ABB operations. You will learn about our solutions and apply that knowledge to help meet customer needs. This position is a full-time, paid opportunity available for Winter or Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to track sales performance and pipeline health.
- Partner with the sales team to prepare technical bid proposals and coordinate with factory teams.
- Support customer interactions and help execute sales workshops or team engagement events.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for sales leadership.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and communicate internal success stories.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering or Business in the United States.
- Majors accepted include Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, as well as Business Administration.
- Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Skills to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to share information and provide project updates.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

- Locations: Cary, NC; Houston, TX; or Atlanta, GA.
- Work modality: Hybrid.
- Pay range: $20 to $34 per hour.
