About the role#
As an R&D Mechanical Engineering Co-op, you will gain practical experience by working on various projects alongside our engineering teams. This role focuses on supporting daily operations and helping to identify technical solutions that meet specific customer needs. You will report directly to an R&D Senior Engineer.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects move forward and meet deadlines.
- Use your understanding of customer needs to help identify suitable project solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek regular feedback from your manager and team members to improve your skills and performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Mechanical Engineering within the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Ability to think critically to analyze complex situations.
- Skills to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to share ideas and project updates with team members.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Greenville, South Carolina.
- The pay range for this role is $20 to $34 per hour.
- You must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite, as you are responsible for your own commuting arrangements.
- This role does not offer relocation assistance or company-sponsored benefits.
