About the role#
AAM is hiring a Supply Chain Management College Co-op to support our plant operations in Minerva, Ohio. This is a paid, full-time position that requires on-site work. You will work directly with the Plant Supply Chain Management team to maintain data accuracy and improve reporting processes.
What you'll do#
- Update internal reports to help consolidate plant metrics.
- Improve and streamline existing reporting processes.
- Monitor reports and maintain the integrity of plant data.
- Help resolve issues involving suppliers and customers.
- Support cycle-counting and annual physical inventory processes.
- Run projects as assigned by the supply chain team.
- Collaborate with other departments across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- A graduation date of December 2026 or later is preferred.
- Ability to work at least 25 hours per week.
- Familiarity with basic supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior work, internship, or co-op experience in this field is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
