About the role#
As a Maintenance College Co-Op, you will support preventative and predictive maintenance activities within an automotive manufacturing environment. You will work directly with the Maintenance Coordinator to learn about equipment reliability processes and maintenance systems.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Maintenance department with clerical tasks related to preventative maintenance tracking.
- Type reports, business correspondence, and forms.
- Input maintenance data and post information to records.
- Conduct audits of maintenance records and create supporting reports and graphics.
- Assist staff at the service window.
- Support supervisors with special tasks as needed.
- File reports and records.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree full-time in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, or Controls Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to work at least 32 hours per week on a year-round basis.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
