About the role#
We are hiring two IT College Co-ops to join our team in Minerva, Ohio. This role provides hands-on technical support for plant operations, enterprise infrastructure, and manufacturing technology. You will work alongside IT staff, engineering teams, and production personnel to support daily operations while gaining experience in a manufacturing IT environment. One opening is available on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and one opening is available on 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support for plant operations.
- Perform secure setup, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and communication systems.
- Research and document technical systems to maintain our knowledge base.
- Assist in identifying and building alerts for network threats.
- Solve user inquiries during daily operations.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-functional team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Minerva, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 25 to 40 hours per week, year-round.
- This is a paid position.
