    About the role#

    This is a rolling Accounts Receivable Co-op position based at our headquarters in Detroit, Michigan. You will work 30 to 35 hours per week on a year-round basis. This is a paid role.

    What you'll do#

    • Download, review, reconcile, and post daily lockbox and electronic payments.
    • Balance cash receipts daily and perform weekly reconciliations to bank accounts.
    • Research unidentified payments to ensure they are posted correctly.
    • Prepare documentation for intercompany wire transfers.
    • Assist with Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 testing documentation.
    • Maintain records for auditing purposes, including filing remittances and bank statements.
    • Provide customer service to internal and external contacts.
    • Assist with intercompany invoicing and various assigned projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Experience with Excel is preferred.
