About the role#
AAM is looking for a college student to join the Accounts Payable team at our headquarters in Detroit. This co-op role offers hands-on experience within the automotive industry. You will work alongside our team to handle financial processing and support daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Enter data and process invoices in the ERP system.
- Research and resolve payment or invoice inquiries.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Conduct research within the supplier database.
- Assist with the month-end close process.
- Complete administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program for Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Availability to work 30-35 hours per week.
- Experience with Excel is preferred.
