    Who can apply#

On eligibility, the preparation page for students says the firm actively seeks to recruit people from all academic backgrounds into its university programs. Each posting adds its own requirements, usually a list of preferred fields. No linked listing asks for a completed degree. The listings do not state a minimum grade point average.

Intern Insider marks all 47 listings as paid. None states a dollar figure, so this guide does not give one. The Goldman Sachs benefits page describes how the firm approaches compensation and benefits for its people, but it does not give an internship figure.

    How and when to apply#

The students page points to the Goldman Sachs 2027 Summer Internships application. The preparation page lays out the steps:

    1. Choose a path. The page encourages you to learn about every division, because the same skills may translate to more than one.

    2. Connect with the firm. It points to the My GS Events registration for information sessions, workshops, and networking events.

    3. Submit your application. The page says applications for the summer internship program are open.

    4. Interview. If your application is selected, the first step is a video interview of about 30 minutes. Engineering applicants take a HackerRank assessment. Finalists are invited to a Superday, where campus hires typically have between two and five interviews depending on the division.

The page says Goldman Sachs evaluates applications throughout the recruiting season, so you may hear back on different roles at different times. Intern Insider shows a recommended apply-by window on each listing. It is not an employer deadline, so check the listing on the day you apply. The guide to when summer 2027 applications open and the post on internship deadlines explain how those windows behave.
