About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work on-site at our corporate headquarters to support our sales operations and analytics team. This role focuses on data-driven projects that help improve our sales effectiveness and operational processes.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and audit sales, customer, and market data to find trends and performance insights.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics.
- Clean and validate data to ensure high quality and accuracy.
- Use AI tools to automate administrative tasks and analytical workflows.
- Find ways to improve sales processes through automation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Create presentations and data visualizations to share findings with stakeholders.
- Support special projects related to digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Document your processes and automation solutions to help with future scalability.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer.
