About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Downers Grove, Illinois. You will work on-site as part of the UI/UX design team to improve the usability and performance of our digital platforms.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects from research and wireframing through to final launch.
- Design UI elements including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and page layouts.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to define product requirements.
- Work with web developers to confirm the technical feasibility of your designs and guide interfaces through the development process.
- Author content for landing pages across multiple brand websites.
- Produce multiple concepts and prototypes both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Interest in current web technologies and digital trends.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
