About the role#
Young Life is looking for a Student Staff member to join our team in Mankato, Minnesota. You will work alongside two full-time staff members and over 20 volunteers to support ministry efforts in the community. This role focuses on Wyldlife middle school ministry and requires a commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Participate on a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy.
- Assist in office administration when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, ideally in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
