About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on experience through full-time work during the summer break. You will spend your summer, from May through early August, working on real-world projects. The program connects you with interns across the United States to help you build skills through technical training and career coaching.
What you'll do#
- Take on real-world projects to gain career-specific experience.
- Participate in networking and educational activities to learn about the company and meet senior management.
- Work with an assigned buddy and mentor who will support your professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Strategic or Organizational Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.
- Strong initiative, analytical skills, and leadership ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- A genuine interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- A motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior work experience, extracurricular activities, or previous internships are preferred.
