About the role#
As a Corporate Communications & Digital Experience Intern, you will support our internal communications team. You will work on projects that improve the digital experience for our associates and help share information across the company. This internship is part of our broader college program, which includes networking events and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze intranet usage patterns to find ways to improve the digital experience for associates.
- Create recommendations that help associates find information and complete tasks more efficiently.
- Support internal communications campaigns from the initial planning phase through execution.
- Write, edit, and develop content for internal audiences.
- Maintain and support communication channels such as The Hub and Viva Engage.
- Assist the team with daily communication requests and department initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- A focus in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or English.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- An interest in digital marketing, communications strategy, and campaign planning.
- Familiarity with data, analytics, or user experience (UX) concepts.
- Experience with AI tools and Canva is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
- The program runs from May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
