Xsolla School – Student Application (Engineering)

About the role#

Xsolla School is an experiential learning program focused on the Builders Track, which covers engineering and design. This 8-16 week immersive program provides students and recent graduates with hands-on exposure to the video game industry through mentorship, technical training, and project-based learning. Participants will gain experience in software development, product design, data analytics, and agile project management while working with Xsolla platforms and SDKs.

What you'll do#

• Participate in daily training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate in cross-functional project teams of 3–5 members.
• Design, build, test, and document software or product features.
• Contribute to demo projects and final deliverables.
• Engage with mentors and apply feedback continuously.
• Maintain a professional and proactive approach to learning.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student or recent graduation.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, Product Design, or related disciplines.
• A passion for gaming, technology, and building digital experiences.
• Ability to commit to a structured 8-16 week learning schedule.
