About the role#
Xsolla School is an experiential learning program designed to provide university students and recent graduates with exposure to the video game industry. The Builders Track focuses on engineering and design, offering an immersive 8-16 week program that combines technical training, mentorship, and project-based learning alongside industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily training sessions and workshops covering software development, product design, data analytics, and project management.
- Collaborate in cross-functional project teams of 3 to 5 members.
- Design, build, test, and document software or product features.
- Engage with mentors and apply feedback to your work throughout the program.
- Contribute to demo projects and final deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Status as a current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Design, or related disciplines.
- A passion for gaming, technology, and building digital experiences.
- Ability to commit to an 8-16 week structured learning schedule.
- A professional and proactive attitude toward learning.
