About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Atkinson, Illinois, for the summer of 2027. You will work on-site, with frequent travel to growing areas using a provided vehicle. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027, though these dates are flexible.
What you'll do#
- Use field tablets and software to collect and analyze information.
- Gather stand counts and flowering notes.
- Turn your field observations into measurable insights.
- Share project updates with Production and Production Research leaders.
- Partner with leaders to design and complete a production improvement project.
- Present your final findings to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior undergraduate status in Agronomy or Agribusiness.
- A curious and detail-oriented mindset.
- Enjoyment of both indoor and outdoor work.
