- Master the sales process and deepen your technical knowledge of products.
- Observe and learn from high-performing sales professionals and industry experts to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- A post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional ambition and the desire for long-term career development.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale environments is considered an asset.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Willingness to wear steel-toed boots.
