About the role#
This Tax Internship provides hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment. You will work alongside firm associates to support client engagements across various industries. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2028 term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections.
- Research tax issues and financial reports.
- Gather necessary information from clients to complete required documents.
- Respond to client and associate inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform a limited number of tax return interviews.
- Use data analysis to identify patterns and suggest process improvements.
- Learn and use current tax and accounting software.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Completion of a corporate or individual taxation course.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data is a plus.
- Working toward CPA exam eligibility upon graduation.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

- Location: Duluth, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site. This role requires working in the office or at client sites.
